Registration Fees
The registration fee covers: transportation from the Workshop hotel to Laurentian campus, coffee breaks, lunch during the workshop, and evening meals Friday to Sunday. Expenses related to the underground SNOLAB tours are sponsored by SNOLAB.
Registration: $250 CAD

Registration Desk Locations and Times
Thursday, June 13th
For those going underground early Friday morning, a registration desk will be set up in the Travelodge Hotel and also in West Residence Thursday evening from 6 to 8 pm.
Friday, June 14th
A registration desk will be set up during the evening poster session, in Alumni Hall.
Saturday, June 15th
A registration desk will be set up before the start of the morning sessions through to the end of the morning coffee break.
SNOLAB Tours
Please indicate your interest in participating in an underground tour of SNOLAB on the SNEWS 2.0 Workshop online registration form.
Tours of the SNOLAB underground science facility will be on Friday June 14th and Monday June 17th. Availability is limited. The SNOLAB tours will be approximately 8 hours in duration.
SNOLAB is located approximately 20 minutes from Sudbury’s city centre in the community of Lively. Located in an active nickel mine, SNOLAB is an expansion of the existing facilities for the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory. SNOLAB is located within the private property owned by Vale. Travel onto site requires prior approval. It is planned that all visitors will arrive on the bus provided. Please review the SNOLAB Visitor Information Guide for specific information on travel to the underground lab before signing up for a tour of the facility.
